(ide)ate Studio is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) consultancy that helps organisations explore what’s possible beyond the status quo.
As a for-purpose organisation, our mission is to promote greater social and economic inclusion of marginalised communities, accelerate our collective potential, and live in a world free from prejudice, where people are free to live to their fullest potential, regardless of race, culture, gender, socioeconomic background or other human difference.
While we know that something as entrenched and complex as social inequity can’t ever be “solved” — the reality is much more complex than that — we endeavour to develop tools and interventions that shift attitudes and behaviours, challenge the inequitable status quo and create equitable, innovative and thriving organisations and societies.
